A country can be on fire for dozens of reasons, and in a world that seems to be on fire in some way just about every other day, this is simply one person's perspective and experiences journeying through it firsthand. "Italy was on Fire, But so was the World" is a collection of realism-based prose and photography from author Zachary Zolud. While many of the pieces were written and many of the photographs were taken during scorching and wildfire-causing temperatures in Italy, this book is just one brief piece of evidence that those are far from the only fires in our world.
